My mother made these when I was a kid. It is a quick and simple meal - just add mac and cheese or chips and pork and beans. Ingredients:
8 hot dogs |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs |
Directions:
1. cut slits on the hot dogs about 1/2 inch apart. Roll the hot dog in the ketchup and then in the corn flake crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet and Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 2. Note: may need more or less of the ketchup and corn flake crumbs. I never measure it and I made a guess on the amount. |
