Baked Honey Mustard Chicken |

Yum! Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts, or a combo) |
1/3 cup honey |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°. 2. Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish. 3. In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine remaining ingredients. Heat and stir until melted and well-blended. 4. Pour over chicken pieces. 5. Bake at 325° for about 60-75 minutes (or until done); basting chicken occasionally. |
