A delicious side dish to serve with your eggs for breakfast or brunch. To make life easy, use packaged refrigerated hash browns.
Ingredients:
4 cups grated cooked potatoes
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
2. Transfer to a greased 9 pie plate.
3. Drizzle with butter and then sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
