1 (1 kg) bag frozen hash brown potatoes |
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup salad dressing or 1/3 cup yogurt |
2 cups medium cheese, grated |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup milk |
1/2 onion, chopped |
salt and pepper |
crushed corn flakes or breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs. 2. Bake 350°F uncovered for 1 hour. |
