Baked Ham Steak With Sauce |

Ingredients:
1 (3- to 3 1/2-pound) center-cut, fully cooked ham slice, about 1 1/2 inches thick |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Place ham slice in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. 2. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and mustard; pour over ham. Bake, uncovered, an additional 30 minutes. Remove ham to a warm serving dish, reserving ham drippings. 3. Combine ham drippings and flour in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve sauce over warm ham. |
