Ingredients:
2 medium eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup catsup |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1/2 cup skim milk |
2 3/4 cups ground cooked ham |
2 slices fine fresh breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons finely-chopped onions |
1/2 cup finely-chopped celery |
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Prepare a 7 1/2- by 3 1/2- by 2-inch loaf pan or four 6 ounce custard cups with vegetable pan-coating. 3. Combine beaten eggs, catsup, mustard, and milk. 4. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. 5. Turn into the loaf pan or custard cups. 6. Bake 1 hour for loaf pan or 40 minutes for individual custard cups. 7. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes. 8. Unmold on a serving platter. 9. Cut loaf into four slices. |
