This is a very rich, creamy, and indulgent dish. Perfect for leftover ham. This can be frozen for a quick weeknight treat. Can substitute chicken or turkey Ingredients:
3 cups ham, cubed |
3 cups broccoli florets |
16 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked |
1 lb colby-monterey jack cheese |
1/2 cup whole milk |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese |
1 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese, divided |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 tablespoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix all casserole ingredients together except 1/2 cheddar cheese. Put in a 13 x 9 baking dish. It will seem like there's no way for it to all fit, but I promise it will. You may have to stir and combine with your hands. 2. Top with half the cheddar cheese. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top. |
