Made in a slow cooker. From Farberware. boneless ham, currant jelly, vinegar, dry mustard, ground cinnamon, whole cloves, cvt Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs boneless ham |
2 cups currant jelly |
3/4 tsp vinegar |
1/8 tsp dry mustard |
1/16 tsp ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place ham in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5-6 hours* or until hot. 2. Melt currant jelly, vinegar, mustard and cinnamon in a saucepan. 3. Remove ham. Score ham and stud with 5 whole cloves. Place ham back in slow cooker. Pour sauce over ham. 4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30-60 minutes*. 5. *Cooking times may be less as this is half the recipe. |
