Serve with Red Bell Pepper Puree. Ingredients:
3/4 lb halibut steaks, skinned |
1 cup onion, sliced |
1/2 cup wine |
1/4 cup water |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tbsp smart balance |
1 freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Place sliced onions in a shallow baking dish. Rinse and trim fish and place over onions. Add wine and water to dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish, dot with butter, and season with salt and pepper. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake. |
