Baked grits go with about anything same as fried grits. Ingredients:
1 cups grits ( not instant ) |
4 cups water |
1 tsp salt |
1 stick butter |
1/4 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1 tbls minced garlic |
8 oz velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook grits, water and salt until thick.Add butter stir to melt.Mix in milk,eggs and garlic. Add cheese and beat well.Cover bottom of a med. pan with crushed potato chips and then pour in grits. Bake for 30 min. at 325 |
