My mother-in-law gave me this recipe and it is wonderful. During the winter months, we love to eat breakfast foods for supper and this one is just the ticket. Ingredients:
1 cup quick grits |
3 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese |
1/2 cup oleo |
4 beaten eggs |
Directions:
1. Cook grits in salted water. 2. Stir in oleo and cheese. 3. Cook until done. 4. Let cool, stir in eggs. 5. Pour into casserole dish,. 6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
