Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
1 cup onion, finely chopped |
1/2 cup water |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
2 teaspoons oregano |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped |
1/2 cup flour (for rolling meatballs) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together, adding oregano last. 2. Mix lightly and roll into 1-inch balls. 3. Roll lightly in flour. 4. Bake on greased sheet pan at 350° for 1 hour, turning occasionally. |
