Warm baked granola is a little sweet and not gummy like cooked oatmeal. Tastes like soft, warm granola. Ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tbsp baking powder |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 egg, beaten |
3/4 cup soy milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients well. Beat egg and soy milk together, stir into dry ingredients. Add melted butter last. 2. Bake at 350 in an 8 x 8 square pan for 30 minutes or until set. Spray pan with oil. |
