Corn on the cob baked with olive oil and garlic! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
6 ears corn, broken in half |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Add oil and garlic to a 13x9 inch glass baking dish, bake until oil starts to sizzle and remove. 3. Add corn, season with salt and pepper and turn to coat. 4. Cover tightly with foil, bake 25-30 minutes turning once. |
