Baked Garlic Chicken Pieces |

For garlic lovers: 40 cloves of garlic. Chicken is baked with wine and herbs. Ingredients:
2 chicken, cut into pieces |
40 garlic cloves, peeled |
2 cups chopped celery |
1 cup dry white wine |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning |
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped |
1 lemon, juice of |
salt |
lemon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish with skin side up. 2. Tuck garlic all around it. 3. Add chopped celery. 4. Mix wine, olive oil, poultry seasoning, parsley and basil. 5. Drizzle over the chicken. 6. Squeeze juice of a lemon over the chicken. 7. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. 8. Cover with foil. 9. Bake 45 minutes at 375°F. |
