Baked Fudge????????? Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup cocoa |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 12 x 9-inch baking pan. 2. Cream eggs and sugar. Add butter. Sift together flour and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Set pan in another pan of hot water. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until crusty on top and soft inside. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. 3. Notes: You may add chopped nuts, if desired. 4. Serving quantity: Serves 8. |
