This is the lazy person's fried rice
Ingredients:
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
1/2 can mushrooms
1 c rice (i use converted white rice for this)
1/4 c soya sauce
1/8 c oil
1 3/4 c water
Directions:
1. bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 minutes
2. the original recipe is doubled and should bake for 1 hr 45 minutes
