I got this recipe from Peg Bracken's I Hate To Cook Book. I love anything with Ritz crackers, so this is a keeper! Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (or parts you like) |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise (more if you need it) |
1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Coat with mayonnaise and roll in crumbs. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
