a recipe from ancient greece! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fresh chives or 1/2 tablespoon dried chives |
1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1/2 tablespoon dried dill |
1 1/2 ounces feta cheese |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
4 large fillets fish |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to about 375 degrees. 2. chop up the herbs as finely as you can. 3. cruble the feta chees and mix it with the herbs and breadcrumbs before adding the oil. 4. sprinke salt and pepper over each fish fillet and place the on a greased baking sheet. 5. top with breadcrumb mixture & press it into the fish. 6. bake in the oven until the the fish is cooke thoroughly. 7. this should take about 20 minuites,but chek after 15 minuites. 8. serve with freash salad or steamed vegetables. |
