Baked Fish Fillets With Crab Topping |

This is a delicious recipe that I've had for awhile now. It's the result of my liking part of one recipe but the filling of another. So I got busy in the kitchen and tested on my favorite guinea pig (my daughter). Read more . She gave the results the thumbs up. Ingredients:
4 haddock fillets, about 6 oz each |
3/4 c. crabmeat |
1 c. bread crumbs |
1 tsp lemon zest |
1 tb each chopped fresh thyme, dill, and flat-leaf parsley |
olive oil, i don’t measure, use just enough to moisten ingredients a little |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Place haddock fillets in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl a bowl. Pat topping onto each of the haddock fillets in baking dish. Bake 10-15 minutes, just until the fish begins to flake. 2. If you want to change it up try substituting shrimp for the crab. |
