Ingredients:
1 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 can(s) drained diced tomatoes |
1 pound(s) firm white fish |
3 clove(s) garlic chopped |
24 mussels |
2 ounce(s) pancetta diced |
1 pound(s) peeled shrimp |
1/4 cup(s) pernod or white wine |
1 cup(s) white wine |
Directions:
1. Saute onion, pancetta and garlic until onion is translucent. 2. Add drained tomatoes, wine and pernod or additonal wine. 3. Simmer 5 minutes. 4. Salt and pepper fish, place in 5. baking dish - add shrimp 6. and mussels. Pour tomatoe 7. mixture over - bake 30 minutes 8. at 350 |
