This is soooo good! Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs chicken parts |
1 cup enchilada sauce |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in roasting pan. 2. Bake at 400°F for 30 minute. 3. Pour enchilada sauce over chicken. 4. Bake 30 min., basting with sauce. 5. STIR sauce and serve over chicken. |
