cooking spray
1 cup marinara sauce
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Spray ramekins with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet.
3. Spoon 1/2 cup marinara sauce into each ramekin. Crack and egg into each and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 11-14 minutes or until egg whites are just opaque.
