A quick baked egg recipe to serve the family or guests. Ingredients:
2 t. melted butter |
9 eggs |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup milk |
2 t. green onions, chopped optional |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in an 8 x 8 glass dish in the oven. 2. Beat eggs in bowl. 3. Fold in sour cream, salt and milk. 4. Stir in green onions. 5. Pour in baking dish. 6. Bake 35 minutes 325 degrees or until firm. |
