This easy dish is great for breakfast because it so filling and full of protein. Ingredients:
10 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
16 ounces cottage cheese |
1 lb grated cheese |
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until lemon in color. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. |
