Serves nice as brunch. Plan ahead though- it needs to be refrigerated overnight before baking. Ingredients:
8 slices white bread, cubed |
8 eggs |
4 cups milk |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
2 cups cubed ham or 2 cups bacon or 2 cups sausage, cooked |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together except cheese. 2. Pour into 9x13 inch buttered pan. 3. Refrigerate overnight. 4. Sprinkle with grated cheese before baking at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. |
