Custard cups Ingredients:
2 c. skim milk |
1/2 c. egg beaters |
1/8 tsp. salt |
2 t splenda |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. beat together milk, egg beaters, salt and splenda. Pour into custard cups. Place cups in a pan with hot water nearly to the top of the custard line. Sprinkle each with nutmeg and bake at 325 for about 40 to 55 minutes. makes 4 servings. |
