A nice side dish Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
3/4 cup grated parmigiano, divided |
3 cups cooked chopped spinach, well drained or 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, cooked and well drained |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper, to taste |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Whip cream until stiff. 3. Fold in 1/2 cup grated cheese. 4. Fold into spinach,blending well. 5. Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg. 6. Pour into buttered ovenproff pie plate. 7. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated cheese on top. 8. Bake about 25 min. 9. at 375 degrees,or until slightly browned. |
