BAKED CRAB DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986. Ingredients:
1 pound lump crab meat |
16 ounces cream cheese softened |
1/2 pint sour cream |
4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
juice of 1/2 lemon |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in order given saving 1/4 cup cheese for top. 2. Put in baking dish and add remaining cheese to top. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
