This is quick and super easy to make. I served this for a luncheon to three friends and there was none left. Ingredients:
1 medium green pepper, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup) |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained or 1 1/2 cups cooked crabmeat, with cartilage removed |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can shrimp, rinsed and drained or 1 cup cleaned cooked shrimp |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup dry breadcrumbs |
2 teaspoons butter or 2 teaspoons margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and melted butter. 3. Pour mixture into ungreased 1-quart casserole or 6 individual baking shells. 4. Toss bread crumbs in melted butter; sprinkle over seafood mixture. 5. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. |
