Ingredients:
2 cornish hens |
1/4 cup butter |
3 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon rosemary |
1 garlic clove, pressed |
Directions:
1. Rub hens with butter. 2. Combine other ingredients and use to baste hens. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with lemon mixture every 10 minutes. |
