2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup cooked rice |
1 cup cream-style corn |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
2 tablespoons diced green peppers |
pepper, to taste |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 cup grated cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix together. 2. Bake in buttered casserole (8x8) at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. 3. Sprinkle paprika on top. 4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving. |
