A low fat side dish made in the crockpot. Ingredients:
3 cups noodles, cooked al dente |
2 cups fresh corn, frozen can be substituted but thaw |
3/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, grated |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. 2. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High 3-4 hours. |
