My mom always makes this at Thanksgiving. It is delicious! Great alternative to regular corn. Ingredients:
3 well beaten eggs |
1 -1 1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 -3 cups corn (fresh or frozen) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Pour into a buttered baking dish. 3. Bake at 350°F for about 45-55 minutes. |
