This was given to me from a Southern friend several years ago for a 4th of July party that we were having. I was quite surprized at how easy and great it was. So Enjoy!! Ingredients:
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs, beaten |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and place into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. |
