Super simple, healthy, and delicious. Ingredients:
4 cod fish fillets |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
salt & pepper, to taste |
hungarian paprika (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Arrange fillets in a 13 x 9 baking dish. 3. Drizzle w/ lemon juice and olive oil, then sprinkle w/ remaining ingredients. 4. Bake until flesh is completely opaque but still juicy, about 15 to 20 minutes. |
