From our church cookbook. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork steak, cut in cubes |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
1 1/4 cups chopped celery |
1/3 cup rice |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (15 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained |
Directions:
1. Fry pork steak and drain. 2. Combine all ingredients and bake in an ungreased casserole for 2 hours at 350. 3. Stir once while baking. |
