From an ethnic baking group: a chocolate dessert, cross between a brownie or cake. Bake in a flat square baking pan. Ingredients:
350 g bitter chocolate |
250 g butter |
200 g raw sugar cane |
4 eggs |
100 g plain flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with the butter 2. and cool 3. Beat eggs and sugar together and blend into cooled chocolate mixture. 4. Combine flour and baking powder and blend into chocolate mixture 5. Place in a shallow greased baking pan. 6. Bake in a 160 C oven for 30 minutes or tests done and set 7. Let cool completely and then cut into pieces to serve |
