Very simple . Just shake dem to coat and pop into the oven . It's just dat simple . And It's a fast food plus the fat and the sodium missing !
Ingredients:
6 tbsp flour
3 tsp or tbsp chilli pwd
1 pich or 3 tsp pepper powder
salt to tatse
18 chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees .
2. Put every dry ing into a plastic bag .
3. Put the chicken parts inside and shake well .
4. Once well coated arrange them in a oli greased tray .
5. Bake for 10 mins .
6. Turn them and bake again for another 10 minutes .
