Baked Chicken in Orange Chili Sauce |

Oven baked chicken half with an orange chili sauce. Ingredients:
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, cattleman classic |
1/3 cup orange marmalade, king kelly |
1/2 cup thai sweet chili sauce |
1 tablespoon salt |
2 whole chickens |
Directions:
1. Place the barbecue sauce, orange marmalade, chili sauce and salt into a mixing bowl and blend together and set aside until needed. 2. Place the chicken and remove the back bone and breast bone and split the chicken down the breast. Repeat these steps. 3. In a baking pan place the 4 chicken halve and pour in the sauce and cover top and bottom of the chicken halve and set stand for 30 minutes. 5. Preheat the oven to 350° and place the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes and remove from oven and spoon the sauce over the chicken halve and cover with a sheet of alum foil for 30 minutes. |
