Baked Chicken in Herbed Gravy |

You could use any herb in this dish and it would taste great Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1 whole chicken, cut in parts |
salt and pepper |
1/2 teaspoon rosemary |
1 cup chicken stock |
2 1/3 cups sour cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet. 2. Brown chicken. 3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. 4. Pour the hot chicken stock over the chicken. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. 6. Pour juices from pan to a saucepan. 7. Cook over high heat until reduced to 1/2 cup. 8. Gradually stir in sour cream. 9. Pour over chicken. |
