Great cocktail appetizers Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
24 chicken breasts, 1 inch pieces |
1/4 cup hoisin sauce |
1/4 cup ketchup |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon rice vinegar |
1/2 cup thai sweet chili sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon dried chives |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Place the flour, salt and pepper into a large zip loc bag and set aside until needed. 2. Coat the chicken pieces in flour mixture. 3. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place them in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. 4. In a separate sauce pan, place on medium heat and add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. One everything is combined thoroughly brings to a boil. 5. Remove chicken fingers from the oven and place in a large bowl. 6. Add the sauce over the chicken fingers and toss to coat. |
