Dinner couldn't be easier than this savory chicken and rice casserole. The ingredients mix up in 5 minutes, leaving your hands free for other projects while dinner bakes. Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of chicken soup (campbell's condensed cream of chicken & broccoli soup) |
1 cup water |
3/4 cup uncooked white rice |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, water, rice and pepper in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. 2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done. |
