Haven't tried this in a while. You may not want to use butter because of the calories but it does add to the flavor! Ingredients:
chicken thigh |
potato chips (crushed) or breadcrumbs |
butter, melted |
pepper, to taste |
salt (if using breadcrumbs) |
Directions:
1. Wash and pat dry chicken pieces. 2. Coat with butter, then with chips/crumbs. 3. Season to taste. 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. |
