Great compliment to the main course. Very flexible... from red meat to chicken to fish. Ingredients:
1 count ore-ida frozen o'brien potatoes |
1 sweet onion, diced |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (16 ounce) sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan. 2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. 3. *if desired, top of mixture with a thin layer of additional shredded cheese. 4. bake UNCOVERED at 350 for 90 minutes. 5. Serve with a dab of sour cream on top and a sprinkle of chili powder or cayenne for a kick. |
