Best ever. Ingredients:
5 eggs, separated |
1 cup sugar |
16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
1 cup sour cream |
2 teaspoons flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup graham cracker |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 275 degrees. Butter 9 inch spring pan. 2. Beat egg yolks till thick, gradually beat sugar and cream cheese. Mix till smooth. 3. Then add sour cream, vanilla, flour; continue mixing till smooth. 4. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mix. 5. Pour in pan, bake for 70 minutes. 6. DO NOT OPEN DOOR! |
