Ingredients:
3 -4 cups cooked potatoes, mashed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted |
1/2 cup milk |
1/3 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Then spread into a glass baking dish. 2. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot. 3. Variation: Crumbled bacon can be added before baking. |
