Low carb wonder, favorite side dish and I love dill and lemon. This looks so showy when baked whole, too. You'll look like the smartest cook on the block. Ingredients:
1 3 lb. cauliflower, left whole, green leaves trimmed |
1/2 stick of butter |
1 clove of garlic minced |
1 rind of whole lemon grated |
2 tsp of dill weed |
1/2 tsp of black pepper |
1 tsp of salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix the butter and seasonings together. 3. Frost the cauliflower with the butter mixture. 4. Put in a casserole dish that fits the cauliflower without a lot of extra space. 5. Cover with foil. 6. Bake for 90 minutes, until tender. 7. Serve. |
