Nice side dish here. Carrots, potatoes and herbs, a nice comforting dish that goes great with poultry, beef or seafood. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
4 medium baking potatoes sliced |
4 medium carrots sliced |
1 medium onion cubed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Butter a square baking dish. 3. Place vegetables in dish and dot with butter. 4. Mix seasonings with the milk and water then pour over the vegetables. 5. Bake stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender and top is lightly browed. |
