Tis takes a while but it is woth the wait. Ingredients:
1 pkg. baby carrots |
1/3 c. butter |
1/2 c. sugar |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1/3 c. boiling water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° 2. Place carrots in casserole dish. 3. Cream butter,sugar,salt and cinnamon together. 4. Add water to sugar mixture blend well then pour over carrots and bake covered for 1 1/2 hours. |
